However, there are factors that the calculator does not take into account. For example;
- 457 visa lending to 90% LVR is only available to certain professional applicants with certain visa requirements (see home loans on a 457 visa).
- If living overseas earning a foreign currency, some lenders have restrictions around which countries they will lend to the residents of (due to potential taxation issues).
