**personal details removed for privacy reasons) Hi Craig The reason matt and I moved away from (other provider) is because of Matts negative involvement with them in his (property address) purchase. We could give benefit of doubt, but whatever could go wrong did go wrong and (other provider)often had no excuses. So they did there were issues that potentially delayed settlement. This is why we changed, and it is also why we would conttinue to recommend you to other expats (and Matt has already recomended you to family in Australia as I think you know). You have provided continuous updates as to the status, were quick in responses, responded after hours, and seem to have good contact within the banks to move papers when required. You have also been happy to answer all queries that we throw your way. If I do think of other ways you can improve, as opposed to just giving compliments, ill let you know. Cheers Kate and matt

Great service, always attentive and let us know what would happen, how it would work, what was required etc. Craig goes the extra mile and is always available on the phone or email at anytime to explain things. Phenomenal Service. You won’t get better (Although first house purchase in Australia, this is my 4th house purchase and the best service yet by far!).
