Fast unconditional approval, second time around

This is the second time we have used MAP Home Loans and MAP Home Loans excelled once again! My broker’s attention to detail and the speed at which he gets the bank’s approval and unconditional finance on home loans is second to none! He also went out of his way to help us with our many questions and provided great advice. My partner and I plan to buy more investment properties in the future and we will use MAP Home Loans again and again. I recommend you do too!! 🙂

Guided through an off-the-plan buy from overseas

It was my first time entering the mortgage market and MAP Home Loans made the whole process very simple. We originally spoke when I was on a 457 with my PR in progress and my broker recommended that if I wasn’t 100% set on a property, to hold out to get the first home buyers allowance and stamp duty waiver. A year or so later with a deposit on an ‘off the plan’ apartment in Perth, he was right there to guide me through the whole process while I was working overseas in China. All my multitude of questions were answered in great detail, almost instantaneously at times! I got exceptional advice on future planning in regard to an investment property and family home with a mortgage geared to suit. Dare I say, I finally understand this negative gearing lark! Avoided LMI and saved thousands on the loan

We were buying our first home and really appreciated MAP Home Loans’ advice throughout the process, especially with one of us coming from overseas so not knowing much at the beginning about how things worked in Australia. We were able to get a loan at a good rate and avoid paying LMI which saved us several thousand dollars that we can now put towards other things. Very helpful and informative about all aspects of the process, not only the loan, which we really appreciated as it made the whole thing a lot easier for us. From the initial basic enquiries through to the nitty gritty of settlement my broker was available for questions and quick to reply. My broker also has lots of links to other providers, for example solicitors, which helped things go smoothly.

Got our construction loan after the bank said no

We would highly recommend MAP Home Loans. We worked with MAP Home Loans and my broker was our knight in shining armour! After purchasing our dream property (and then madly saving $ for months) we were knocked back by our bank when it came to getting a construction loan to build our dream home. We were devastated as we were virtually told that what we wanted to do was impossible (unless we came up with a much higher deposit). On a whim my partner and I did some googling and came across MAP Home Loans. Before we knew it, we were in contact with my broker who not only found us a loan, but at a much lower rate.
