We could give benefit of doubt, but whatever could go wrong did go wrong and (other provider)often had no excuses. So they did there were issues that potentially delayed settlement. This is why we changed, and it is also why we would conttinue to recommend you to other expats (and Matt has already recomended you to family in Australia as I think you know). You have provided continuous updates as to the status, were quick in responses, responded after hours, and seem to have good contact within the banks to move papers when required.
