Made a small, slow purchase easy for a beginner

I know this is probably a pretty small little purchase compared to those you normally deal with, and it took a lot longer than most, so I really appreciate all of your help. You most certainly went beyond the call of duty and I appreciate it. I went in pretty blind and ignorant to all of the ins and outs, but you made it so easy. I’ll be looking to purchase when I return to Australia (whenever that may be!). Not sure if you deal with ‘locals’, i.e. non-expats, but I’ll email you then. Thanks again.

Financing for first home after a long journey

In all honesty, I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed working with MAP Home Loans from day one through my long journey to get financing for my first home. At all times, my broker was a continuous help and provider of solid advice and feedback, and was ever so patient during the whole process. Continuous updates and contacts inside the banks

The reason Matt and I moved away from our previous provider is because of Matt’s negative involvement with them in his earlier purchase. We could give benefit of the doubt, but whatever could go wrong did go wrong and they often had no excuses for the issues that potentially delayed settlement. This is why we changed, and it is also why we would continue to recommend you to other expats (and Matt has already recommended you to family in Australia as I think you know). You have provided continuous updates as to the status, were quick in responses, responded after hours, and seem to have good contact within the banks to move papers when required. You have also been happy to answer all queries that we throw your way. If I do think of other ways you can improve, as opposed to just giving compliments, I’ll let you know. Cheers, Kate and Matt

Great service, always attentive and let us know what would happen, how it would work and what was required. MAP Home Loans goes the extra mile and is always available on the phone or email at any time to explain things. Phenomenal service. You won’t get better. Although this is my first house purchase in Australia, it is my 4th house purchase and the best service yet by far.
